You may return any product postmarked within 30 days of receipt for a refund, less the shipping charges. All products must be returned in original resellable condition (seriously, no one wants your filled in SELF Journal). Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the product and let you know via email.
Do you provide discounts for large orders?

Funny you should ask... Yes we do! How soon after I place my order will it be shipped?
Toot sweet! We typically ship within 12-24 hours of your order being placed and we ship out every weekday, Monday through Friday, except on Holidays. We offer several shipping options, from snail mail to expedited super-speed, at reasonable prices that you can choose at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club International, Paypal... not to mention Gold Bars.
We are sorry to hear you would like to cancel your order. We start processing your order as soon as you checkout, so cancelling orders is not possible. We are happy to provide a refund, less shipping if the items are returned in new, and unused condition, postmarked within 30 days of receipt. (You can find our Return Policy for more details here)
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
We did not intentionally send you damaged product (that would be a terrible business model). Unfortunately, every now and again one of our packages crosses the path of an overly enthusiastic mail carrier and they are forever changed. Don't fret, just send us an email to email@example.com and we'll make it right.
